It is Sunday here in Hanover where I practice Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine.  The sun is up and the air is cool. Fall is around the corner and the weather is starting to change.  We are changing the clocks soon and many people are going to be affected.

There are those who get up in the dark and return home after dark, and doing this for a period of time causes many to have various issues mentally and emotionally.  Many people get depressed from the lack of natural light in their life.
